MEET THE TEAM

At Archetype Consulting, we believe that education can save students lives. Everything we do is based on this belief. But…the institutions don’t save students. Students' lives are changed by the caring, compassionate, and well-trained adults who serve them on a daily basis. That is where we come in.

Our expert consultants provide solutions to navigate the complexities of modern education environments, ensuring success for all students, and we help educators re-conceive education in innovative and non-traditional ways. We do not use gimmicks, trends, or rely solely on technology to help educators to connect with students because there are no shortcuts to positive human interactions.

We simply help educators see the humanity in their students. We partner with educators on their journeys, with their new understandings of themselves and of the different funds of knowledge that students bring to schools to: design instruction, assessments, curricula, restorative practices, and programming, to meet the diverse and complex needs of their students.

VISION &
PRIORITIES

What is important to us?

01

HUMANITY

We recognize the humanity of all people. We help our clients see the fullness of each student and educator.

02

POWER OF EDUCATION

We believe that education can save lives. We change the world through education and how educators interact with students.

03

LOVE

We want for every student what they want for themselves. We believe in selfless interest in a way that our healthy love for students is manifest in their success and well-being

04

LITERACY

We believe that Literacy is a Civil and Human Right. It is a moral imperative that every school and every educator ensure that every student engages in high levels of reading.

05

EQUITY

We must ensure that we provide a meaningful and culturally responsive education to each student. Our job is to eliminate the predictability of success or failure based on race and eliminate any barriers to student success.

06

JUSTICE

We believe that students, particularly marginalized and oppressed students, are owed an education debt. Each person, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin is entitled to be treated justly, fairly, and with equity.
